RACINE, Wis.– A man is dead after an early morning shooting in Racine.
Officers responded Thursday morning near 3 Mile Road and Ruby Avenue on Racine’s north side.
A caller reported that they were assaulted in their house, before firing a gun. A 52-year-old man died at the scene.
Police found that the shooting started as a dispute between the neighbors that led to a fight and the shooting.
The 44-year-old shooter is cooperating with Racine police.
