WEST ALLIS, Wis.– The fan favorite exotic food compeition of the Wisconsin State Fair has produced it’s 2025 winners. The Sporkies and Drinkies champions have been chosen by a panel of six locally well-known judges, including restaurateur Paul Bartolotta, food influencer Dominic Dean, and reporter Diana Gutierrez of WISN.
There were eight Sporkies and four Drinkies finalists.
Here are the winners:
Sporkies:
1st Place – Ube Butter Banana French Toast Lumpia from Lumpia City
Description: Ube Butter Banana French Toast Lumpia is a French toast made with caramelized bananas, syrup-soaked French toast, and rich purple ube butter.

2nd Place – Brat Rangoon from WurstBar
Description: A cominbation of an American comfort food and an Asian Street food, wonton-wrapped brat.

3rd Place – Mexican Street Corn Pizza from Charlie’s Pizza
Description: Mexican Street corn inspired pizza with cojita cheese, spicy mayo, and lime.

The Drinkies winner was the Purple Rain Refresher from Rock N’ Roll Beer Garden, which features pop rocks and edible glitter on top of grape juice, lemonade, and grapefruit soda. It can be made an alcoholic beverage.

The Wisconsin State Fair runs from July 31 through August 10.
