DELAVAN, Wis.– A City of Delavan police officer was arrested in Winnebago County, Illinois on Thursday.
31-year-old Officer Joshua Bittner allegedly violated an order of protection. He’s been on the force since February 6, 2023.
He’s charged with one count of aggravated stalking and two counts of violating a protection order.
The City of Delavan Police Department says he has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
Bittner appeared in court today. He’s due back for an arraignment hearing on April 29.
