Milwaukee Police are investigating two shootings and a crash that ultimately left three people dead and multiple others injured.
Police say five people were shot during a party near 28th St. and Ruby Ave. just after 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
One of the gunshot victims, a 34-year-old woman, was being transported to a hospital when the vehicle she was in lost control and crashed into a tree near Sherman Blvd. and Nash St.
Investigators say the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed when it crashed, which also killed a 29-year-old man who had been driving.
A 29-year-old man and 33-year-old man suffered serious injuries from the shooting.
Two others were treated and released from a hospital.
Police are also investigating a triple shooting that killed one and injured two others Sunday morning.
It happened around 3:41 a.m. near 5th St. and Clark St.
A 32-year-old man died from his injuries.
A 22-year-old and 47-year-old man suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Police are still looking for suspects in both shooting incidents.
