A Wisconsin-based virtual medicine platform is stepping up to alleviate some of the current stresses on medical providers.
RemedyNow, which was launched in 2017 by two Milwaukee physicians, said its opening up in-home testing for coronavirus for those who are at higher risk and showing symptoms.
“We will be able to do some of the testing obviously based on very strict criteria because not everyone would need the test and not everyone should have the test,” said Chief Medical Officer of RemedyNow Dr. Aamir Siddiqi.
He says their platform also is able to provide medical care at a time people are quarantined and the medical system is over-burdened.
