In a campus update Mone said Fall 2019 enrollment dropped 4%, resulting in a revenue loss of about $7 million.
UW System schools haven’t raised tuition for in-state students since 2013.
Marquette University laid off staff last year. UW-Whitewater saw its budget cut in recent years, as has UW-Oshkosh and UW-Stevens Point.
