Laurie Kyle with Kylecrest Holsteins & Jerseys in Elkhorn

David and Laurie Kyle, along with son Hayden, are the owners of Kylecrest Holsteins and Jerseys LLC in Elkhorn. They milk 140 Holstein and Jersey cows. They buy all their feed and focus completely on cow comfort. 

Laurie is the owner of Perkup Elkhorn, LLC, a downtown coffee shop that purchases her family’s milk to serve at the shop. Laurie and her family see firsthand how dairy plays a vital role in the local economy through the shop.
