The Honor Flight Network has postponed all 2020 flights for veterans from across the country, including Milwaukee, to memorials in Washington, D.C.
Honor Flight made the move exactly three months after first postponing flights to keep veterans and guardians safe from COVID-19. The decision will prevent 500 Milwaukee-area veterans from taking flight this fall.
Veterans and families scheduled for an Honor Flight this year are encouraged to contact Stars and Stripes Honor Flight.
