Your Milwaukee Brewers appeared on SNL last night.
Christian Yelich, Bruce Turang and Manager Pat Murphy were part of the Weekend Update segment during a “Drunk Uncle” skit with Anchor Colin Yost.
WTMJ’s Libby Collins asked Mark Kass of Team Lammi about the team’s national prominence now that they’ve won The World Series.”I think you”ll see a number of them will have opportunities nationally with sponsorship deals and TV shows.”
There may even be additional opportunities in the spring. Kass said, “If there’s a lock-out, this could help them in terms of endorsements because they’ll be out there looking for things to do.”
What about that SNL appearance? Kass said he was surprised who they brought on the show. “They could have brought Sal on. He would have been really funny.”
