First there were murder hornets, now… alligator snapping turtles.
The Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries reports that a 65 pound alligator snapping turtle was found near a residential pond.
‘Lord Fairfax’ has now found a home at The Virginia Zoo in Norfolk.
