Milwaukee Chamber Theatre presents the world premiere of Maybe We’ll Fly, a new play by renowned playwright Marie Kohler inspired by Wisconsin artist Mary Nohl. Nohl is known for the imaginative sculptures and found-object artwork surrounding her historic Fox Point home, often called the “Witch’s House.” Kohler discusses Nohl’s life, creativity and lasting influence on Wisconsin’s art community with WTMJ’s Sandy Maxx. The production combines four actors, live cello music, poetic storytelling and movement to portray Nohl’s life through the changing seasons. Maybe We’ll Fly runs September 18 through October 11 at the Broadway Theatre Center in Milwaukee.
