Steve Scaffidi and Kristin Brey tackled one of the stranger social media trends making the rounds: “pheromone maxxing.”
The idea, popularized by some Gen Z men online, involves skipping deodorant, showering less often and embracing a person’s “natural musk” in hopes of becoming more attractive. Brey introduced the trend after seeing reports of young men claiming that their natural scent could help them “catch a baddie.”
