MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Police Department is seeking the public’s help to find critically missing 15-year-old Hannah Carter.
Carter was last seen near S. 10th St. and W. Washington St. at 3:55p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 20.
Milwaukee Police describe Carter as Black, 5’7″ tall and 135lbs with long red hair extensions. She was last seen wearing a gray V-neck t-shirt, navy blue and white mandala style pants, black Ugg brand shoes and carrying a small black purse.
