SULLIVAN, Wis. — The National Weather Service issues a flood watch for the Fox River Lower near New Munster affecting Lake and Kenosha counties until 7:00 p.m. on April 12.
At 11 feet, floodwaters begin to affect 77th St. in the Town of Wheatland. Floodwaters are near some homes along Riverside Drive, Shorewood Drive, and Highway W in the Village of Salem Lakes and Town of Wheatland areas. The Fox River Park boat launch has started to flood.
Water stage is at 10.5 feet, and the flood stage is at 11 feet.
