KENOSHA, Wis. — One person was taken into custody after a four-year-old was shot in Kenosha on Tuesday.
Kenosha Police responded to 28th Avenue and 40th Street around 4 p.m. on April 7 for a report of a person who had been shot. They found a four-year-old boy with a gunshot wound.
The child was flown to a hospital in Milwaukee for non-life-threatening injuries. Kenosha Police said he is in stable condition.
A 22-year-old man from Kenosha was arrested on multiple charges, including injury by negligent use of a weapon.
