MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who crashed into a school bus on the city’s northwest side.
It happened Tuesday around 6:55 a.m. near 76th and Carmen.
MPD says a car blew a stop sign and ran into the school bus that was turning left, causing the bus to crash into a house, fence and gas meter.
Police say there were no kids on the bus and nobody was injured.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the crash.
