MILWAUKEE (UPDATE 8/17/25 2:55 PM) — Milwaukee Police say Franklin has been located and is safe.
MILWAUKEE—- The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Uzziah Franklin, a critically missing 10-year-old.
Uzziah was last seen on August 17, 2025, around 11:00 a.m. on foot near N 42nd and W Ruby Avenue. He is a Black male, approximately 4’8” tall, 66 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair, and a medium complexion.
At the time he went missing, Uzziah was wearing a short-sleeve black Spider-Man shirt, dark blue jean shorts, and black Croc-style shoes.
