UPDATE at 3:15 p.m. on 7/22/25: State Representative Priscilla Prado released the following statement regarding suspicious activity at her residence:
Late last night, a disturbance occurred at my residence. Authorities have been notified and are actively investigating this situation. I am grateful that no one was injured.
This has been a deeply unsettling experience, and I appreciate the influx of concern. I respectfully ask for privacy and patience as law enforcement continues its work.
MILWAUKEE — The Wisconsin State Capitol Police need help identifying a shirtless man who tried to open the door of a state representative’s home.
Police responded around 10:20 p.m. on July 21 to a call of suspicious activity to the Milwaukee home of Wisconsin State Representative Priscilla Prado. Surveillance video showed a shirtless man attempting to open the door of the home. When he couldn’t gain entry, he then walked around the property for a while.

He appears to be a white man in his late 40s to early 50s, approximately 6 feet tall and 200 pounds with shoulder length blond hair.
