A local chef is hitting the big screen.
Milwaukee Chef Adam Pawlak, the force behind the growing dining empire Egg & Flour Pasta Bar, is a participant in the upcoming season of Hell’s Kitchen.
“I’ve watched the show since Season 1,” Pawlak tells WTMJ. “It’s kind of crazy that in three days, I’ll be on Season 19.”
Hell’s Kitchen premieres Thursday night at 7 p.m.
