KENOSHA — The attorney for Kyle Rittenhouse, the teenager charged with killing two protestors and injuring a third in Kenosha, says he will sue presidential candidate Joe Biden for libel.
According to attorney Lin Wood’s twitter, he demands biden retract his fales accusation that Rittenhouse is a white supremacist and milita member responsible for the violence in Kenosha.
The announcement came just under hours after Biden posted to social media the same day, writing that “There’s no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night.”
If Rittenhouse is convicted on all charges, he faces life in prison.
