The Milwaukee Bucks are trying to get creative in hoping to open cap room up for finding the next piece for a championship puzzle.
Marc Stein of the New York times reported this Monday:
Milwaukee is offering draft compensation this week in hopes of finding a team willing to take on the contract of Tony Snell or Ersan Ilyasova via trade, league sources say, as the Bucks seek to create added flexibility to retain elite status in the East

The Bucks have a payroll of more than $100 million already committed for 2019-20, with at least Brook Lopez and Malcolm Brogdon becoming free agents and likely Khris Middleton joining them.
The Bucks are hoping to create cap room in order to keep as many key pieces together – or add a new, valuable piece – for a roster that came within five wins of a world championship.
