MILWAUKEE — Former Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan will be sentenced on June 3 at 10 a.m. in the federal courthouse.
Dugan was convicted of federal felony obstruction for helping an illegal immigrant evade ICE arrest in the courthouse last spring.
Judge Lynn Adelman recently denied an appeal from Dugan’s defense team requesting a new trial or acquittal.
She faces a maximum penalty of 5 years in prison, though it is unlikely she will see any jail time.
