MILWAUKEE–A Milwaukee woman’s family members face charges for beating and fatally shooting her on a sidewalk.
30-year-old Ashley Hudson was shot near MLK Drive and Vliet Street Monday night at around 11p.m.
Milwaukee Police say Hudson’s 22-year-old sister Aaliyah Frison and another family member got into an altercation with her over a social media post and beat her with a bat and a speaker.
Her 15-year-old brother Hezile Frison then shot her.
The brother is charged with 1st-degree intentional homicide. He could face life in prison.
The sister faces 1 count of aggravated battery. She could face 11 years in prison.
Hudson’s mother, Tara Hudson is charged with obstruction for allegedly lying about witnessing the shooting. She could face 9 months in prison.
