MILWAUKEE — A 15-year-old is charged with shooting and killing his 16-year-old classmate.
According to a criminal complaint, Robbiel L. Stokes allegedly shot Cameron Bowen near a Milwaukee County bus stop on September 16.
The pair had gotten into a fight at school at Bay View High School that day and then on the bus/ They then got off the bus.
Bowen suffered gunshot wounds to the neck and stomach, and he was pronounced dead on scene.
Stokes’ has not been arrested. His mother told police she had picked him up after the shooting, and a .40-caliber cartridge was found in her vehicle.
