Milwaukee has one of the nation’s most noteworthy civil rights and education activists in Howard Fuller.
The Marquette University professor has been a superintendent of Milwaukee Public Schools, of the Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services while also serving in the area of charter schools in Milwaukee.
