This summer’s Democratic National Convention is at the center of much controversy as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to force the cancellation and postponement of events.
The highly-anticipated convention has already been pushed back to August, but many have said that even that would need to be a virtual-version of the originally planned event.
Now, CEO of the Pabst Theater Group Gary Witt is speaking out.
He says the 2024 DNC should be promised to Milwaukee instead.
After his initial tweet, he expanded his thoughts in a piece in the Milwaukee Business Journal.
