In eight full seasons in Houston, the Rockets provided Harden with more than enough help to be considered NBA title contenders. But as soon as Chris Paul and Russell Westbrook entered, they wanted out…because of Harden.
James Harden is a gifted scorer. Over the past three seasons, Harden leads the league in scoring at over 33 points per game.
James Harden is also a bad teammate. In five games in 2021, Harden has eclipsed 20 points just once.
Overweight and out of shape, Harden is now the Brooklyn Nets headache. If you’re a fan of the Bucks, you should be elated.
