We launch a new podcast today on WTMJ: Decision Wisconsin, looking at all things politics between now and November, perhaps even beyond.
Each week, Wisconsin’s Morning News host Gene Mueller will talk with an observer, an expert, an historian, or a media member about what’s happening in our state in the time leading up to Election Day.
After that, he’ll be joined by other members of the WTMJ Radio news team to hash over the latest in politics at all levels.
Look for a fresh edition of “Decision Wisconsin” each Tuesday at wtmj.com or as events/breaking news warrant.
This week’s guest is TV news veteran and current distinguished fellow in Law and Public Policy at the Marquette University Law School, Mike Gousha.
They look back at the just-completed conventions, the difference in campaign tones at the top of the Republican and Democratic tickets, and dip into the news business: how reporters cover the campaigns as well as where voters get their news from, how that’s changed, both good and bad.
A reminder: a new Law School poll is to be released Wednesday, September 9th.
