Fiserv is moving its global headquarters from Brookfield to Milwaukee, the company announced Thursday.
The $40-million investment will include 250 new jobs over five years, according to a statement from the company.
“This is a significant move,” Mark Kass, editor in chief of the Milwaukee Business Journal, told Wis. Morning News. “(When you include Third Street Market Hall, the MSO, and Milwaukee Tool), it means 3-thousand or more new jobs right in the heart of the city; in an area where not much was happening four years ago.”
The headquarters will be located in the Westown neighborhood at 640 Vel R. Phillips Ave.
