The COVID-19 vaccine is on the verge of being approved and rolled out in the U-S.
A company based in Lake Geneva will play an important role in keeping COVID-19 vaccines protected at sub-zero temperatures.
Senior Vice President at Primex Rob Klink says their Primex’s OneVue Sense temperature sensor with cryogenic probe works to monitor cold temperatures.
“The integrated system provides real time alerts of the vaccine storage temperatures and if they fluctuate outside the specified temperate range, we help maintain that vaccine safety and effectiveness. The system also archives all recorded temperatures to ensure that compliance is met though the CDC guidelines,” Klink said.
