There’s nothing normal about this cookie. There is no flour, egg, sugar, butter or baking soda in them- BUT despite not having everything a typical cookie has- they are fully packed with good things that will give you lots of energy. Oh and by they way, they taste great too!
INGREDIENTS:
-2 large old bananas
-1 cup of quick oats
-1 cup of chocolate chips
-1/2 cup walnuts
-1/2 sweetened coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Put a sheet of parchment paper over cookie sheet
-Use a 1/4 measuring cup to scoop cookie mixture on cookie sheet.
-Bake for 20 minutes or until cookies are firm to the touch
-Cool cookies on rack for 15 minutes
NOTE: Be sure to keep the cookies refrigerated because they contain fresh fruit and eat within 3 days for best results.
-I also like to sprinkle the cookies with a little sea salt for an salty-sweet taste and put a drizzle of chocolate syrup on the side.
