With President Trump at Walter Reed Medical Center at least through the weekend due to his positive COVID-19 test, one Milwaukee-area medical professional is providing his insight into what can be expected for possible treatment.
Doctor John Raymond, President and CEO of the Medical College of Wisconsin, told Wisconsin’s Afternoon News as of Friday evening the doctors treating President Trump were doing more monitoring of his condition.
“Over these next few days it’s really going to be important to see how he does in terms of developing more severe symptoms like shortness of breathe,” says Dr. Raymond. “I’m sure that he’s going to continue to try to do his duties and he’ll be working hard, and they’ll be able to do a stress test, so to speak.”
