Dane County is experiencing an increase in COVID-19 cases since students at UW-Madison have returned to campus.
On Friday, the school announced a mandatory 14-day quarantine for members of nine fraternities and sororities after 38 people tested positive.
Now, Associated Students of Madison are calling for all on-line learning, reduced dorm capacity and requiring a negative COVID-19 test before attending any social gatherings.
