Residents of Kenosha, Wisconsin will have to be off the streets by nightfall through Labor Day.
The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office announced that the curfew will go into effect at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2020, and will last through 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 2.
Beginning the night of Wednesday, September 2, the curfew will start at 9:00 p.m. and last through 7:00 a.m. the following morning.
Those curfew hours will be in effect every night through Sunday, September 6, 2020.
The curfew will end Monday, September 7, 2020 at 7:00 a.m.
The announcement comes after 24 people were arrested in Kenosha on Monday night, according to TMJ4 News.
15 of those 24 people came to Kenosha from out of state.
