For a second straight night demonstrators and protestors have gathered in Kenosha following the shooting of a black man by Kenosha Police officers.
WTMJ’s Tony Bettack is in the city and has shared photos and videos regarding what has been taking place this evening.
Damage from Sunday night’s events remain in some parts of the city, and businesses have also prepared for another night of activities by boarding up windows to prevent damage.

As an 8 p.m. curfew came and went, people were still gathered outside the Kenosha County Courthouse.

Eventually, law enforcement used smoke and tear gas to disperse the crowd.

The curfew remains in effect until 7 a.m. Tuesday for all parts of Kenosha County east of I-94. The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office also blocked all off ramps from the interstate to limit the potential crowd size in Kenosha.
This is a developing story. It will be updated as more information becomes available.
