I made this wondrous dip last Christmas and before I knew it, the entire thing was gone, granted there were 5 hungry people diving into it at the same time. This dip is perfect for a party or just to eat for yourself.

INGREDIENTS:
-2 tablespoons of butter
-2 medium onions, julienned
-8 oz. of cream cheese (you can use the 1/3 less fat kind)
-Kosher salt and cracked pepper to taste
-1 cup Greek yogurt
-2 tablespoons fresh chives
-1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and a pinch of salt. Keep stirring occasionally, until golden brown. I should take about 30-35 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Mix together in a bowl the onions, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, chives, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
NOTE: You can serve it hot or cold. It goes great with Ritz toasted chips original or sour cream and onion.
