Milwaukee Police say that Liam and Faith have been found safe and are in process of being reunited with family.

Milwaukee Police say they are asking for help in finding a critical missing 16-month-old child and 16-year-old mother.
Police say Liam Rhode and his mother Faith Rhode were last seen on Tuesday at 11 a.m. leaving their home near South 11th Street and West Oklahoma Avenue, with Faith transporting Liam in a jogger stroller.
Liam is bi-racial, 2’0″, 30 lbs, with brown eyes and curly sandy color hair.
Faith, pictured below, is 5’6″, 120 lbs. with blue eyes and long blonde hair. She had her hair in a ponytail when last seen.
