All I-43 SB lanes reopened after semi rollover crash

MILWAUKEE — All southbound lanes on I-43 at North Avenue have reopened, after a tipped semi-truck caused a complete closure on Saturday afternoon.

Authorities confirmed that a cheese truck tipped over near the North Avenue off-ramp about 3:05 p.m. The driver needed to be extricated from the vehicle, according to the Milwaukee Fire Department.

The driver was taken to a nearby hospital for minor injuries. No other injuries were reported.
