A second person in Milwaukee County has died from COVID-19 related complications.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner made the announcement in a tweet on Saturday, March 21, 2020.
The victim was a 69-year-old man who came to the hospital one week earlier complaining of shortness of breath.
He was tested for COVID-19 while in the hospital and the test came back as positive.
He had multiple other health conditions when he arrived at the hospital.
As of Saturday morning, there were more than 200 positive cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Wisconsin, including 109 in Milwaukee.
The three other deaths in Wisconsin were a man in his 90’s in Ozaukee County, a man in his 50’s from Fond du Lac County and a man in his 60’s from Milwaukee County.
