The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory for all of Southeastern Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Waukesha, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Jefferson, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Racine, Sheboygan, Walworth and Washington Counties..
It will run from 8 p.m. Thursday to 10 a.m. Friday.
“After last night’s snow, temperatures plummeted into the lower teens and single digits giving us some the coldest readings so far this winter,” said WTMJ Storm Team meterologist Elissia Wilson.
“We’ll have to deal with one more frigid day before warmer weather begins to head our way the weekend. Tonight will be mostly clear and very cold with lows around -5° and wind chill values between -10 & -20.”
