An investigation continues into who caused the damage to the Beaver Dam Rotary Lights in Swan Park back on December 5, 2019.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office says their investigation with the Beaver Dam Police Department has determined the same suspects may have also targeted other places in Beaver Dam during the overnight hours of December 4 and 5.
The suspects stole and vandalized from soda machines outside Professional Flood Covering, stole golf carts from Wayland Academy, and burglarized the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.
A $5,000 reward is being offered by an anonymous donor through the Rotary Club for any tip that can directly lead to the arrest and conviction of the suspects. The tip must be received by Beaver Dam Police Detective Daniel Kuhnz by March 15, 2020. He can be reached at 920-356-2552.
Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt, who chairs the Rotary Lights committee, also shares his thanks to people in the Beaver Dam community who have shown their support for their display. He hopes the reward will lead to the information needed to make an arrest.
