The United States Geological Survey says that 4.0 earthquake hit Northeast Ohio on Monday morning.
WKYC-TV in Cleveland reported it happened just before 10 a.m. CT in an area close to Cleveland.

There were no initial reports of major damage within 45 minutes after the earthquake.
The earthquake happened a few hours after a small earthquake in southern Tennessee.
