Original story
MILWAUKEE- Another child got shot in Milwaukee: a three year old boy is found seriously wounded at a home near 17th and Concordia just before nine last night.
Police are still trying to find out how it happened and haven’t made any arrests.
Back on May 16th a seven year old boy had to have most of his left leg amputated after he was hit by a stray bullet while sleeping in a car about a mile away at Fifth and Concordia. 44 year old Simone Downer faces a host of charges in that incident, including first degree reckless injury and endangering safety.
Last night’s shooting brings to 14 the number of children wounded by gun violence so far this year.
