Counselors and psychologists will support students through their grief, and will be at Shorewood High School this week to help them.

A three vehicle accident on I-94 near Cottage Grove March 31, 2019 causes the death of a 17-year-old girl from Shorewood, and injures four others.
The State Patrol says the accident took place just after 11 a.m. when a Honda Pilot and Ford Focus heading westbound lost control. The Pilot went through the median and struck a Toyota Highlander heading eastbound.
The Highlander had four people inside it. One of them was the 17-year-old who died. Another 17-year-old girl passenger from Shorewood was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver, a 23-year-old man from Shorewood, and a third passenger, a 23-year-old woman from Manitowoc, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The drivers of the Pilot, a 42-year-old Madison man, suffered non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the Focus received no injures.
Identities of those involved have not been released at this time.
