A cash bond of $1 million has been set for the father of a missing toddler who was found dead in Minnesota.
Dariaz Higgins has not been charged in the death of 2-year-old Noelani Robinson.
He’s been charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of Sierra Robinson, Noelani’s mother, March 11, along with a felony weapon charge.
Higgins made his first appearance in Milwaukee County court Sunday morning.
An Amber Alert was issued for Noelani last week after the shooting of Sierra. Noelani was found dead wrapped in a blanket along a highway in Minenesota March 15, which was ruled as a homicide due to blunt force trauma to the head.
Higgins will be back in court March 25.
