Update, 12:16 p.m.: “We are seeking help from the entire nation” to find Noelani Robinson, in the words of Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales. He said the suspect in this case has lied about her whereabouts.
The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward in the effort to find her.
Morales says the suspect has ties to as far away as Florida and Nevada along with the Midwest, which is why they want to expand the search nationally.
He also explained both the victim and suspect lived “within the world of human trafficking.”
