The Wisconsin Badgers have taken the first step toward a Big Ten championship.
They survived a game Nebraska Cornhuskers squad to earn a 66-62 win in the semifinals of the tournament at the United Center in Chicago.
With Ethan Happ hampered on the offensive end, scoring just four points, four other Badgers took up the load.
Khalil Iverson and Nathan Reuvers each put up 14 points, while Brad Davison and Aleem Ford produced 11 each.
Meanwhile, the Badgers defense only allowed Nebraska to make 37.5 percent of their shots from the field.
UW next faces regular season champion Michigan State, which beat Ohio State 77-70 in their quarterfinal game.
