A 30-vehicle crash on one of Wisconsin’s most iconic bridges led to the closure of I-43 in Green Bay.
The crash happened in the southbound lanes of I-43. Both directions of travel are were closed.
NBC26 cites authorities saying 30 vehicles were involved. There were injuries, but no injury totals as of 10:15 a.m. Tuesday.
I-43 is one of only two ways from the south through Green Bay to travel north of the city. The other main route is via I-41 and Highway 172 west.
Drivers in the city of Green Bay were asked to take city streets to avoid the crash area.
