Ice in Southeastern Wisconsin predicated a number of power outages across the region.
At least 2,900 We Energies customers had lost power at about 9 a.m. That came after We Energies crews had restored all but about 900 customers who had lost power in the early morning hours.
Many of those customers were based in the southwest suburbs of Milwaukee, Germantown and Menomonee Falls, along with Burlington, Elkhorn and Kenosha. Some other smaller outages were found in the city of Milwaukee and south of it in Racine and Kenosha Counties.
