UPDATE: 1:53 p.m.
The Medical Examiner’s office tells WTMJ news partner TODAY’S TMJ4 that the death of an employee of Froedtert Hospital who was discovered frozen underneath a car in an adjoining parking lot has been ruled a homicide.
However, that is a different definition than what police or another law enforcement entity may call a homicide case. It does not automatically mean a crime was committed.
The employee was taken to the trauma ward of Froedtert Hospital, where TODAY’S TMJ4 says she was pronounced dead.
